All admission tickets purchased for Dragon Treasure Castle are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable under all circumstances once issued.

• Tickets are valid only on the date of purchase for same-day entry.
• No cash or digital refunds will be granted once tickets have been printed and handed to the visitor.
• Lost, damaged, or misplaced ticket stubs cannot be replaced or reissued.

Dragon Treasure Castle operates strictly on a walk-in, first-come-first-served admission system.

• Advance online ticket reservations or third-party booking slots are not available.
• All visitors must register and purchase tickets in person directly at the official Gate 1 Registration Cashier Booth upon arrival.
• Please beware of unofficial third-party websites or individuals claiming to sell advance reservations or VIP entry passes.

Dragon Treasure Castle is situated at an elevation of 1,450 meters above sea level in Upper Irisan, Baguio City. Cordillera mountain weather conditions—such as fog, rainfall, temperature changes, and cloud formation—are natural occurrences that fluctuate constantly.

• The appearance of the morning sea of clouds is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed.
• Inclement weather, rain, or overcast skies during your visit do not entitle visitors to ticket refunds, credits, or return vouchers.
